While we do consider the credit quality of the borrower, what's much more important to us is: 
  • quality of the property
  • borrowers plan for rehab
  • borrower's rehab experience
  • borrower's exit strategy. 
 
So, less than perfect credit is OK.  That said, we like it when our borrowers have some skin in the game so that interests of Provost and the borrower are aligned.  
 
We will work with you as a real estate investor to structure loan terms that allow you to successfully run your business.  As all decisions are made in-house, there is usually little delay in finding mutually agreeable loan terms.
